Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of All AI Tools (the “Service”), operated by Cyriac Zeh (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All AI Tools is a curated directory of AI tools and a digital marketplace for templates, prompt packs, automations, themes, and related resources. Listings and reviews are provided for informational purposes. We do not manufacture, warrant, or guarantee the third-party tools we list.

To bookmark, vote, submit tools, or purchase marketplace items you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically download the Service at a rate that degrades performance for other users;
• upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent a tool you submit;
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service or marketplace assets except as expressly allowed by a license you purchased.

By submitting a tool, review, or other content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content in connection with the Service. You retain all underlying rights in your submission. We may edit, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Marketplace items are sold by either us or third-party sellers. Every item ships with its own licence, which is displayed on the product page and emailed with your receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or where the product is demonstrably broken — in which case please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Some tool listings include affiliate links. If you click through and purchase the third-party tool, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This has no bearing on the tools we choose to list or how we rank them.

The Service, its design, and all content we produce are owned by Cyriac Zeh and protected by copyright and trademark law. Names, logos, and screenshots of third-party tools belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for identification.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed tools will meet your requirements. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyriac Zeh and All AI Tools are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where practical, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
